How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday, will be posted for same day dispatch.

Order over the weekend..? It will be shipped Monday.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll be notified by email with tracking number

Shipping within Australia?

We offer standard and express shipping services on all Australian orders. 

$8 Standard shipping (2-4 business days)

$13 Express shipping (1-2 business days)

FREE shipping on all orders over $80

We use Australia Post. Your tracking number will be provided when the order has been posted.

International shipping

We offer shipping services worldwide. 

$16 for standard post (5-15 business days)

FREE over $100.

Returns and Exchanges

We'll happily accept returns on all full priced items received within 14 days, providing the product is in original condition and hasn't been used. 

Any returns made after this time will not be accepted for a return (unless delayed due to postage and handling). 

A store credit will be provided for the returned item. We don't offer refunds.

Items purchased on "Sale" are final. We won't except any returns or exchanges for these items.

Please note..

Shipping the returned item back to us, will be at the customers expense. The shipping cost of the swapped product will also be at the customers expense.

All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered final sale.

All our pieces are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to. 

If an item is faulty or damaged, please email us at orders@rordie.com. Include your order number, description and images of the issue.

Out of stock item?

Sometimes....but not always! We will re-stock an item. 

If you would like to be notified when an item is back in stock, please select the size and click 'Notify Me When Available'.

How do I track my order?

Once the order has been place. You will shortly receive tracking information, in your confirmation email.

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect and keep information that you provide with your order.
